Watched it. Loved it. I don't see any problem other than bad ending. :?

But did you like it and do you have cash? Then buy if you want to....

There's plenty of things wrong with the show but if that doesn't make you not enjoy it who cares...

I think that the back story idea is a good one. It would really help us understand what happened.

@darcwizrd: a new GC.. having arisa get over her gai-fixation might be a tall order, but it could be a challenge to some of a particular mindset. i'd much rather go into the back stories of the rest of funeral parlor, say ayase, or better yet how gai founded funeral parlor in the first place.

@Naeko: you'll find comrades here who hate trolls in general, particularly among the veterans. 8) besides, if you enjoyed GC, so be it. there will always be this one title of the season that turns into troll fodder. and if ever it gets too bad, you can just drop whatever forum it is you're frequenting. i think someone from the old guys did the same with AS.. 8)

I wouldn't mind a new GC. I mean make it 50 years later, let Daath take more of a center stage, and let Arisa become fused with Mana for the next 50 years and you have Guilty Crown: Revolution. Not the best name but it serves it's purpose.

On another, I didn't understand the ending.

Spoiler! :
Was Shuu really blind? Because he was holding a glass like it was nothing. And he was freakin looking at these people in the eye!!! So I'm a little suspicious. `-.-

You wish.

I wonder if there'd be a GC R2.

Frankly, I did not really care for either of them. Too much baggage for both of them in a way.

Better than Inori.

I like to think that the Arisa you see at the end is a clone or something. Mana actually wound up transferring to Arisa somehow to survive.

Either she's bullet resistant or the soldiers were rotten shots

actually i wouldn't have minded if shu died absorbing the apocalypse virus, would've made it possible for a one-sided ayase end OVA, maybe.. :? but with how they ended things, shu's stuck with inori.. a little soutaXkanon on the side, or a big serving of tsugumiXdaryl would've been nice as well. 8)

oddly, i was actually hoping arisa died, 残念です.

I was hoping for anything that could save the story. Alas, that didn't happen

My thoughts exactly. I think that they also need to explain what the heck happened to get him out the building and a lot of other things. In other words, we need an OVA at least. Also, how many others here were hoping for the Ayase ending like I was?
