Ahem. Well, it's clear there's all sorts of interesting stuff in this scene that I don't know about yet. Cool. I don't want to distract anybody, but...
It occurs to me that I've overlooked the most direct interpretation of the line,
"Then who is the tomcat?" Earlier in the scene, Haruhi has threatened to punish Kyon by sending him off with a salt fish in his mouth to fight for territory with other cats. In this context, the import of Kyon's remark could be, "Then who is in exile from Haruhi's good graces?" reflecting in a direct way the undercurrent of jealousy and competition flowing from Kyon toward Koizumi.
In this light, Kozumi is annoyed because Kyon is missing the point. Kyon has slung a barb that is so wide of the mark, all Koizumi can do is drop his defenses a bit and growl, "I'm over here, baka. Get a clue."

Well... that's one wierd story.
It went from comedy to Tsukihime to mind control domination.

Ra-men has done a bunch of doujins. Recognizing his style is pretty easy, now.
It doesn't look like that part is "the end" as far as the story's development goes. I hope he continues it...

Well yeah it does seem rather incomplete and abrupt. But what could possibly come after? Haruhi making a second Kyon? Haruhi rebuilding the world without Kyon? Haruhi killing Tsuruya?
