Update on the translations

Can someone sum up this whole Shakugan no Shana thing. I get that it was licensed, B-T translations stopped, OFFICIAL translations unofficially stopped, B-T translating continues.
I feel like I'm missing something. Probably a very small but very important detail. Hmmmm...

I've updated the front page, removed inactive Custodians and Added a Supervisor section.

Basically Supervisors are those that have been assigned to over see some of the projects, to which i've totally forgotten, but do not have Admin rights on the wiki yet.
They will be given additional rights if required, but i have to check to see what that really means, becuase...well i never really looked into it.

Or maybe i did, but i forgot.

Already added poke and marko.

But just too tired right now to blitz though the wiki looking for active users that have been assigned.
So if you are active, please tell me.
