The chapters it cover are vol 6 chapter 1-3 (yes the boat scene and it was kept the same as the novel instead of the toned down anime ver) and vol 5 chapter 1 ( yes the maid cafe)
They kept the drunk Siesta scene too.
It also has a bonus chapter which (from what I could make out) involves Saito hiding Louise panties.
