Well, I passed the translation exam without a problem, I was allowed to work on a series I liked, I informed of my intentions in the chatbox.
Then, I was flamed very hard by some staff members (and I thought they were kind, right...). The boss apologized, but I preferred to leave the team (mainly because of a troll message after the chatbox was cleaned).

I could start my own translations of the series, but I'm not a cleaner and I don't want to start a war. Unless the other team's work is quite bad.

Misogi, you have most of what you say more or less right from what I can gather. However, I think you need some tweaking on the war part. You do not start a war; you start and finish it.
