Depends really on the background. In Jun's (the violet-haired) case, I had to take of some strings of hair because I'm not skilled with Photoshop, and they were too thin. Here's the original one: For Hayama's case (the one with the fan), it's easier because there's an uniformed background:

Though I had to find another pic for Hamaji. This one was the pic I originally wanted, but was too hard for me:
Bottom line: I'm still learning. This took me only about 2-3 hours maybe, not so much.

That still is a bit of effort.

Compared to people who spend all day doing things like this...
