I'm not much of a breakfast person either, I eat a bowl of cereal, and a banana if my legs are cramping.
Also, it's almost debatable for some of us (not Kira) whether breakfast is the most important, I run at night, so I should technically eat around 5-7 with a huge meal.
But, for those on a normal routine, breakfast is critical.

^ Um is more of a combination than anything. I eat cereal with chopped bananas in the bowl filled with milk.

Nah, it's put me through life so far.
