Parliamentary monarchy fulfils a role which an elected president never can. It formally limits the politicians’ thirst for power because with it the supreme office of the state is occupied once and for all.

oh, funny thing, talking about politics, I just found out Democracy is different from a Republic, so technically the current voting system the USA is using is against the principles of a Republic, which is putting the voice of the people (vote) in the hands of the circle of representative, (A group of elite i.e. Roman Senators ), but the USA isn't a Democracy either, because Democracy is putting the power into the "majority of the people". So essentially the current USA system isn't a true democracy, has strayed from its Republican roots, and not really a meritocracy either as there is legal methods to ascend positions in government.

So in short it's....an Elected Monarchy?

There is no true democracy. It cannot exist. Humans have this queer tendency of backstabbing one another, it's implanted in our brains.

The closest possible thing to a true democracy that we've ever experienced would be the way the Greeks did it, with lottery.

Who ever said loli = child porn? Ichigo Mashimaro is a loli show but there's no porn. The first 2 seasons of Nanoha are loli shows but they're not child porn. Of course, this is not including doushins.

It doesn't have to be porn to be sexual.

Anything that provides an image of a child that leans towards a sexual nature can be considered loli-ism. Think Cardcaptor Sakura.

Suffice, any intention, desire, willingness, conception, idea, though, deliverance, holy vision, erection that has something to do with faux girls presented as blatantly underaged can really be considered loli.

Depends on how you play him. His has some skills that are battle based (Root-thingy is for ganking, Treants for pushing) but most of the time people just use him to farm farm farm with his mad ulti.
