Yeah I'm seeing where you are coming from with this. I just finished ep 2 which was filled with an asston of cliche'. Ugh... If it doesn't show me something interesting soon I'm dropping the anime and going directly to the novel.Fushichou wrote:This is why I hate most anime, ever. Re: Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu
I have been rolling my eyes on this new season. Unlike the previous season, this season has showed very little creativity and intelligence. The first season actually had references and some good jokes to offset the fanservice. This season was like suffering through a bad nightmare of a harem series. Ugh.

Yeah, not much happening in this season. Even Mamiko Noto isn't really getting my attention with her performance this time around.

Meh. While Noto Mamiko has an interesting voice, I think she, like Kugimiya Rie, have been overused as of late. Frankly, I miss hearing some of some of older seiyuu, but that is just me.

I love her voice, even if she is over casted...I just wish she had a better role than Haruka who only keeps apologizing and has only two emotions - "Yuuto love" and "anime fever". I should go dig up a copy of School Rumble third semester (even though the series was crap, it was still funny), Noto was perfect for Yakumo.

Agreed. I just still cannot get over the non-ending that School Rumble had.

Go for the novel, its way better... The anime is pure fan-service, the story is killed. In fact, the anime makes them look like they are dumb fools doing dumb stuff.TheGiftedMonkey wrote:Yeah I'm seeing where you are coming from with this. God!!
You need not forgive me.
For those I love,
The violence brought about by sinful men
Shall now be used once more.
If you were created to save this world,
If there is a single shred of hope left for the future of mankind,
I am very sorry, but, please begone!

I gave up on this anime where I thought a rich girl liking anime is different but got redundant in the love story. ahh hayate you got the formula right.

I just wonder why they let this series fall to pieces. Like so many things, it had potential, but they always seem to cop out by going the Sugisaki-harem route.

harem route without closure. I just want for once (and not in hentai) where an mainstream anime the guy simply got all the girls and show it instead of being subtle. the closet thing I can think of is the pilot of American Gundam from G Gundam.ainsoph9 wrote:I just wonder why they let this series fall to pieces. Kami Nomi zo Sekai Shiru is somewhat of an answer to that.

Yeah, except for the fact that the anime does not seem to be completely following the manga if I remember correctly.

Re: Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu
Yeah, but it is within the first several episodes, so it is excusable.
