Sorry, I wasn't talking about itself, but its status. I mean, I often remember ANN saying that XXXXX anime was lucency by Crunchy.

Crunchyroll does streaming licenses for the internet only. So, they have the internet rights. When it comes to DVD sales and the like, someone else does it.

Funimation and crunchyroll are two completely separate entities to my knowledge, but even after Funimation does the licensing for DVD sales and the like, crunchyroll typically keeps the internet rights.

Don't think so but I'm pretty sure the quality is about the same. It's hard to screw up a stream upload unless you're ANN
