Dunno if you'd consider Konata's dad awesome... has a fetish for young girls, plays H-games all day, and snags a moe-beyond-belief wife...

Got my Lucky Star Vol. 1 DVD! It actually isn't so bad (except for Kagami's English voice... OH GOD!).
Or maybe it isn't so bad because it's in widescreen.
Or maybe it's my 34" TV.

Re: Lucky Star
I wouldn't like my son/daughter seeing weird men dressed up as high school girls. Creepy.

Re: Lucky Star
I kind of think that when it goes that far the stereotypes about otaku are just waiting to pop up. It is almost like the difference between having people think you are half of a fool than opening your mouth and confirming that you are a complete one. Fully grown men such as these are fuel for people to give anime and otaku a bad name. Even though I do not cosplay myself, I do not see anything wrong with it, except when it goes in the Lucky Star shrine direction.

Re: Lucky Star
I have known some people to dye their hair really weird colors. Whatever floats their boat, I guess.
