Yeah, I heard that a good chunk of the second season was filler for starters.

Not really fillers. They did rather well for an adaptation. It's just that the details aren't word-for-word. Basically, they replaced or omitted stuff, not add more things to it.

Hmm funny how the main character voice actor also voices the third protagonist of Index. It be cool to hear three major JC Staff voice actors (touma's and accelerator's) in one show (beside bakuman) by JC Staff.

I do wonder what it would be like if a seiyuu's characters all met each other randomly. I would be highly entertained in all likelihood.

Maybe for this season is highly unlikely since accelerator and touma kept missing each other.
