I think you can find them in a couple places if you search around; SOS brigade wiki or something?

North America's Yen Press will be releasing both the original Haruhi Suzumiya light novels and Gaku Tsugano's manga adaptation. Bandai Entertainment has released the first anime adaptation of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya in North America.
Does this mean it's licensed?
