Well, I just heard that there´ll not be a third season. Nothing official, thou, 4chan crap and some unnoficial blogs. Apparently its because of low ratings and poor Blueray sales. Anyone heard something about this?

I do not know why they would cut it. It has so much more to offer. They showed a teaser at the end anyhow.

OT: Well it will be a theatrical release, a movie instead of a show. don't know when though. thought it gonna be nice to see haruhi as a vampire.

I also think its a rumor, but a friend that lurks 4chan says so. I also hope that that isnt true. And coming from 4chan, it may as well be a lie. But the first season didnt do very well in the Blueray and DVD sales charts, so its possible, at least.

I would not trust 4chan as far as I can throw it. I had heard that the DVD/Blu-ray sale for TWGOK did not fair well, but that should not be a surprise with the economy in Japan right now.
