I want to look forward to the OST. It's by Yasuharu Takanashi, and I like his work for Shin Hokuto no Ken OVA.
As for the show, <insert many, many, many iterations of praise as other people have said for it>.

The last episode is a cliffhanger. Now I have to wait a week to know what will happen next

Yes and no. Yes, we will have to wait. No, it is not so much a cliffhanger when it is the titular character we are talking about.

Spoilers, please, Koyomi, for all of those who are not up-to-date on this series.
Only a few series have done what you are talking about, and it tends to kill the fanbase.
