anybody here know how to create .arc file extension since you guys are good at VN (Translatting H2O VN w/ TL tool)

ARC files are an ancient archive format, if I'm not mistaken. 1980's or so.

Although it's possible another data format uses the same extension - happens pretty often.

I must say I haven't come across the .arc extension wrt Visual Novels... closest thing was arc.sar, but I don't think that's what you want. Try VisualNews.
