I like Perfect Cherry Blossom more because yuoc an actually see where your hit box is....

In EoSD Reimu's is the white part of her clothing and Marisa's is the center of her pink bow on the back

I've just noticed, but the sound takes up 310 Mb. The whole game+ the English patch is only about 18 Mb . . . . . Well, for Embodiment of Scarlet Devil.

Just cleared Normal Mode, and it took me all of my bloody continues. No idea how am I supposed to beat Lunatic mode

Go try out IoMP. It's totally different from EoSD. Totally. As in Curtain Scrolling Shooter VS Beat 'em up Arcade Fighter (from the makers of EFZ!)

yeah, IoMP isn't programmed or drawn by ZUN. He just came up with the story line but its still considered an official touhou game and part of the story line.

To fight Flandre you need to beat normal or harder without using a continue. She's also the main character in Modan, which is like a training version of Touhou. its in the link

EoSD was that recent? I knew IoMP was fairly new (it's newer than EFZ IIRC) but had no idea about EoSD

yeah, EoSD is from 2002, PCB is 2003, IN is 2004, IoMP is 2004, PFV is 2005, and Mountain of Faith is comming out this year

I did. I spent 2 hours on Eirin's stage, falling through pits in the first half, falling on spikes in the second half, and getting rammed by UFOs into bottomless pits in the later part of the 2nd half, before managing to get to Eirin, and get wasted by her 20 seconds later by a full screen of arrows, green spheres, and falling meteors.

hey Jumpy if your still having trouble on easy mode, when Cirno uses Icicle Fall you can just stand directly infront of her and all her shots will miss you

After 2 hours of blindly playing MegaMari, I finally decided to look up the Touhou Wiki and, true enough, the bosses get easier with the right weapons. I Pwned Eirin in less than 30 seconds with White Rose Cluster

The stages, however, are still as hellish as ever
