Its pretty simple really, I just used some cropped photos and printed it on sticker paper (which I bought at target for $10 for 25 sheets) and then cut it out using a ruler and a box cuter. Stuck it on the DS and used some tapes to prevent the edges from being caught on something.

Yeah, now that you mention it I can see the scotch tape clearly.

I don't have a lamination machine so its the best I could do, without the tape the sticker would get torn up every time I take it out and put it back in my pocket

so, I'm looking for some new games to play on my DS. preferably some serious or dark style games. and by dark It doesn't always have to be serious, like disgaea has some grim humor type stuff.

already got dementia, theresia, resident evil, Hotel dusk, trace memory, advanced wars days of ruin. anything else?

The problem with drawing on a surface like that is you would end up using some sort of paint, and that would rub off/ smudge over time because of the sweat and friction from your fingers. The taped paper is probably the best cheap solution; if you could construct a hollow clear plastic sheath for the ds to slide paper into, that would also work; but I doubt any of us have the technology or the steady hands to pull off such a procedure.
