I'm confused. The game looks mildly interesting, yes, but I figure it would only appeal to MUGEN fans since it's basically the same thing except with better sprites.* However...

It's a private game and they plan to charge for it innit? Then how can they use all those characters? It's like a big sign saying, "SUE MAH PANTS OFF PLZ"

If it's a completely free game, then... who on earth devotes so much time into designing those sprites, making a company logo, and ripping movesets and music off other games? And even then... Since there's a "company" behind it, it's like a big sign saying, "SUE MAH PANTS OFF PLZ"

Something is fishy...

*clarification: Yes, there will be the initial huge crowd of people jumping on it when it releases or when the demo comes out, but mind that a grand majority of those people would be jumping on because their (false) idols are in it (read: Master Chief). Then give up after a few minutes because they can't play fighting games. HAHAHA. Losers. *cough*
