Moe can only cleanse the soul for so long before one's Moe organ starts failing. It puts people in a sad state.

(This is Hocchan being happy he doesn't understand the last few posts. )

BOT: So, how does everyone define moe?

moe means cuteness that makes you want to protect. last time I used to think it means passion and fire since it has the same pronunciation as 燃え

Loved Gore....such a sad story....
If it becomes translated, I might play it. What is this? Make sure Hocchan knows of all the disturbing VN titles?
It's not the guro....it's the tragedy that hurts the most. Same with Saya no Uta. Guro is mild compared to real gore....

I'll just watch out for a guro tag, and just not play something if it has it.

To be honest, that is the best definition of moe I've heard. Even comparing the thousands from 4ch. (Until YotsubaC came along, but he's gone now. :D )

Well regarding Gore, the story is totally worth it IMO. Besides, Gore's guro is milder than Black Cyc's other titles....

Ever since I saw the live action Goose Bumps as a kid, and The Ring at age 11, scary things seem to have a ten fold effect on me. I suppose when a translation patch is out, I might look into Gore, but until then, anything with a dark aura is staying off of my computer.

I might wind up replaying Demonbane since I apparently did the good end, not the true end. Or start Muv Luv, but I've yet to look into that game enough.

while Demonbane has some dark tones here and there, overall, it's still centered around 'light and chivalry'. I don't consider it dark and disturbing at all (except from the mindless ero in some places, but they just feel mindless and not really dark though). the protag is still a hero and not some murderer or human eating scum, or boy raper *shudder*. (Words censored from the young.)

Please refrain from referring to Saya as scum.

On the other hand, what was that VN with shooter mini-game (?) Black-Cyc ma...Gun-Katana, right. That was fun.

It's a joke, (because she eats humans.)

Nevermind.

I was wondering what in the world were you people talking about until I saw the first post...

Never mind, ignore this fellow here...

And so I wake up to a communication failure in the midst.

Ping-dawg, don't worry, everyone ignores you anyways.

I actually deleted Saya completely off my computer because I was afraid I'd tempt myself into playing it again.

More like pure awesomeness and epic feats.....even Therion and Etheldreda operate by that rule in combat....they're just like the dark version of Kurou and Al. The only one really effed up is Tiberius....piece of necromantic shit.

For once I agree though....Saya is not scum....poor girl...please do not add to her misery...or that of any other human eaters who do so because humans are their natural foods.

Murderer protag? Ever played Full Metal Daemon Muramasa? hell even Tsukihime is like that....
