That's because the chapter numbers after the time skip completely screwed up the numbering.

Sorry we haven't gotten much out with Messiah lately, but we are hoping *knocks on wood* for upwards of a volume or so of Messiah released in the near future.

I've started chapter 30 of 34 translation wise, so we should be good to go for a while depending on how the editing is going. We have some new blood that is working fairly diligently on it, so... hopefully things will get out faster.

As for the unhappy ending prediction, I will say only this as not to give away anything:

Whether the ending to Messiah is happy or not depends on your point of view.

Edit: In case anyone is wondering I am from Manga-Heaven and I have posted before but for some reason I forgot my password and when I went to retrieve it, it said my account didn't exist so I made a new one >.>;

I just finished reading this - it's great! I hated Shinya at first, but he grew on me. Time skips are dumb, I don't care what reason.

Aina and Lilu! DAMN IT!!! I thought to myself that if anyone in the series deserved happy endings, it was those two.

Well, even though I have those complaints and I'm left feeling somewhat empty after finishing it all, it's a really great story.
