Kyon was first thrust into this world on December 18th, he gathered all the SOS Brigade members on December 20th in order to trigger the conditions necessary for him to make the ultimate choice.

The date on the calendar on Chapter 4 points to December 22nd already. Indicating that he has chosen to stay rather than go back to Haruhi in this parallel universe.

He seems to have lost all memory of how he came into this world, as though he has always belonged in this world. Must've been a consequence of him choosing to accept this world.

Oh, BTW, Yuki kawaii~ <3
