I think they already know about his circumstances.

少しは:=ある程度は:to some extent
あなたに関する情報:information about you
お持ち: have
でしょう:probably
から:since
Literal translation :"Since those two probably have some pieces of information about you"
I think the author meaned:"Since those two have already investigated you and know about your past."

yeah, there are small mistakes here and there in my copy. cannot be helped with the speed I guess.
thanks for the help again. so what is the exact translation for the line about Nakagawa and Kunikida in your opinion then? want to avoid making small mistakes again so it is best to be enlightened by a japanese speaker.
I am a bit drowsy now after finally completing the prologue (soon, at least). so I apologise if I sound incoherent.

in my opinion,
"come to think of it, Kunikida and Nakagawa seemed to have a strange misunderstanding..." is a exact translation.
but i think the line sounds odd bacause of my engrish.
btw you should take a sleep.nothing more valuable than good health.

that actually sounds okay. just that I still have no idea which misunderstanding they are referring to.
