Ah, that isnt too hard, but if you are not interested to try it, one of us (or I) could create the page as a template, but someone (probably you) would have to fill in the holes.

Are you sure? Shouldnt it be than "Date or Live?" I wonder because "live" is a verb and I never heard of a combination with "a" (an indefinite article) and a verb...
