Translation Help LB

Hey guys,
this is my first post here, soo.. Hello community!
I have a problem. I wanted to translate LB from english to german, but i don't know which tool i should use. I asked the tlwiki team (applehq) and he gave me his site with a list of tools for LB but i dunno what to do with these. Is here anyone who can help me ? I'm willing to learn.
