Who is the translator of vol. 10 Interlude II? Melannis, Teh Ping or Vermiculo?

Could it be that Melannis and Vermiculo are the same person with just a different handle names, and he prefers to use Vermiculo more here? It doesn't make sense for someone to just put his name there despite the work is done by someone else.

Nope, Vermiculo edited it such that it was 'Melannis' and 'Teh Ping'. I removed the 'Teh Ping' part from it.
