Re: Sword Art Online
Because the author screwed up.
The floors were different on the original web novel, but when he edited it to publish, he changed the floor in volume 7, while volume 6 still mentioned 50th floor.
It might had been corrected in a new edition of the book, but I'm not too sure about that.

Just a heads up, I'm still alive and kicking. Won't be starting V10 translations in at least a week though.

forsaken by god , humans are bound to the hands of the devil. reality is that god never exist , and when humans thinks they are forgotten they just abandon rationality

"...I was thinking that it would be nice if I could entrust the +40 for this guy to you as well..."
Well, I don't get it. I read this sentence over and over but didn't understand it at all.
Which guy? I thought Kirito was saying it, so ..... no clue.
It's from the side Storys "Sound of water, Sound of Hammer"
This sentence is near the end.

Re: Sword Art Online
He's referring to his Elucidator as the other "guy". It's similar to how sailors refer to their ships as a female.
Though I agree that sentence could sound a bit less awkward.

Re: Sword Art Online
I managed to grab Kawahara-san's hentai chapters with different girls (yeah, he wrote not only about Asuna - there are Kirito&Lisbeth, Asuna&Lisbeth, Kirito&Aki and some more).
So: is anybody willing to translate them into English?
If yes PM me your e-mail.
P.S. Yes, they are certainly Kawahara-san's, not some fanfics.

Re: Sword Art Online
I can confirm those 5 or 6 hentai stories were on his website along with his own 16.5, but they are NOT his writing, he clearly stated the writer name at that time above those stories.
If you want to treat those as something worth translating, there're ton more short stories (non-hentai) still hosting on his website now, all written by fans.
PS. Aki should be the name of the nurse supervising Kirito during his rehab period after SAO incident.
