I rather think that it'll be next year's summer. About 4 seasons between the 2 seasons, like kore wa zombie's case.

I think it will be at earliest in Fall, assuming that it does well in the DVD sales.

...DxD had a censored version to start with? I didn't know that.

Watch it on Funimation's website. You can see the censored version there. It actually makes the series much more intelligent and bearable.

Well, I think the setting's been decent the entire time, and at least the main character is amusing when he's having dirty thoughts. As far as light novel adaptions go, I didn't like this one quite as much as Index, but definitely more than some other adaptions.
