I checked the review, decided to give it a try, then bought the light novel. It was nothing like Shana though; But it was great in its own way. Then volume two came, which was amazingly good^^ Then the ending of volume two was a real cliff-hanger.
The series is only up to volume 2 at the moment so I think that translation could catch up to the latest volume, if ever it was decided to be TLed. Here's the brief plot explanation, as well as a teaser TL of the prologue that I've done. It's my first time TLing for light novel so I might lack the polish that veterans have, as well for my vocabulary. Well, you could just forgive me for the shortcoming, if I might ask for it.^^
Tokyo Butei High school--- It was a special school where armed detectives, also known as "Butei" are being brought up. Tohyama Kinji is a sophomore student who has the unique body which activates a "super mode" when it was stimulated by "something". He tries to hide it to others in order to live a peaceful life. But trouble came to find him when he became a victim of a bombing incident, where he met the Butei high "Assault" department elite, Aria H. Kanzaki
I hope it would be approved.----Who would ever think that a girl would fall from sky?
In the movie that I saw last night, A girl fell from sky.
Maybe it was a good idea if it was a movie or a manga.
It would be a prologue where mysterious and special things are bound to happen.
The lead character could be an ally of Justice, and a great adventure would unfold.
Yeah, so first, there should be a girl who'd fall from sky!
...I'd say those kind of thoughts are nothing but frivolous.
There's no way a girl like that could be normal.
You'd be taken to a strange world and you'd be made out as an ally of justice.
If you think about it, it would be filled with danger and nothing but trouble.
So at least for me, Tohyama Kinji----
I'd be glad if there won't be any girl falling from sky.
I just want to have a ordinary life, just like people normally do.
That said, I'd have to move away from this ridiculous school as soon as possible...
....ding dong.....
I opened my eyes as I heard the faint sound of door bell.

----I'm definitely late for the bus passing at 7:58.
---------For life.
I would definitely regret missing that bus passing at 7:58 for life.
Because sometimes later, a girl would come falling from sky.
And that girl's name was Aria H. Kanzaki.
PS A friend taught me how to create a poll and so I did. I'm embarssed at my ignorance.
