That's an issue.

Oh well, how about scouting translators by ourselves instead? We won't wait that they take action, but rather WE take action. I mean that we can search on some Japanese/Chinese anime/LN forums to see people having good knowledge of either Japanese or Chinese. Then, we politely ask them if they are interested. Also, it could be a plus for Japanese/Chinese natives to learn more English, as well as their mother language.

Personally i'm trying to get people to help translate, unfortunately most of these people are just friends who don't really feel motivated while knowing both Japanese/English fluently.

I'm gonna say again, if the admins contacted some Major Fansub/Fantranslation groups for a collaboration or some sort of help, even just to ask if anyone was interested in that group there may be positive results.
