"Devoured" is about the right word. My gaming group has been doing an episode of the SAO anime every week after game, and I decided to go looking up the light novels to get some extra background, intending to avoid too much in the way of spoilers. Yeah, that worked really well--I couldn't help myself and consumed everything that was translated over the course of a few days. Thoroughly hooked, that is I.
It's been over a decade since I've spoken Japanese conversationally or done any translation work, or I'd happily offer to help. As it is, I can only be very grateful for the efforts of those who've translated the LNs, fully aware of just how much work a project like this really involves.
After lavishly reading all the translated novels I had to make an account even if just to say how much I appreciate your translation efforts. I deeply thank you and the author for making my life and the lives of so many other people a little bit more enjoyable through these stories.
After episode 11, I couldn't wait anymore to see what happens in the story, knowing well that the translations of the light novels were right in front of me.
It's been a very long time since any property has invaded my mind this hard. Thanks for a great translation!
and now Volume 10 is finished. Thanks Teh Ping and team for the fantastic job you've done with this series. All the books have been enjoyable and the last translation (the only one I've had to wait for) has been rapid.
Thanx to all the self-sacrificing noble entities the worlds are still spinning around!
