Haha I loved reading this part. How simple the concealing was. I'm surprised that no one figured out the Four Leaves Technology connection yet (although we do know A-chan knows he is Tauraus)

Well yeah, they really haven´t tryed hard enough to conceal it. Anyway, I am not sure that she knows of Miyuki being "real" yotsuba and Tatsuya partially too. She should think something along the line of:"He is from a family stripped of it´s name some time ago" which would mean, that they would have only a faint connection to Yotsuba.

Indeed, if that constitutes as knowing that he's a Yotsuba, that means Kouchi and Naotsugu know to. Although don't add them to your list, of course. Besides, the main suspicion she has is that he's an Extra, which he's not.

Since he has been stripped off yotsuba name for life
Only Miyuki will get the name when she takes place as clan head.
Essentially guardians are just extra's of yotsuba since they will never have clans name.
And Tats can never get into clan as official member, since he doesn't meet requirements ( Magic Power, reason he was operated on but still not enough)

So more or less Mayumi has right Idea, and no I doubt koichi/Nakura knows

Mayumi knew of it after connecting many threads since volume 1 and confirmed on countless stuff after volume 5
Nakura knows about divine left but not Yotsuba part, Same with koichi or he knows even less

Again, the Yotsuba-part was just a fleeting thought. Unlike Erika, Mayumi has never seen something that would make the Yotsuba the only reasonable answer. You would think that if she were ever to have thought: " OMG, he's a Yotsuba", that the author would write that down.

Extra's aren't something like servants to the Hundred Families(Nakura's case is extremely rare). He doesn't have the shame and dishonor that comes from being an Extra, so the only way he's similar is because he doesn't have the Yotsuba name.

No well, extras got their name striped because of their failures or inadaquacies and that is exactly what happened to Tatsuya, so the similarity is quite deep. Well, it is a truth that he isn´t the kind of extra Mayumi thinks he is.
