			Opening her eyes, Guriko saw only the endless sky. Her hand went to her neck unconsciously as her eyes narrowed in the blinding light. Her throat, which should have been crushed, didn’t even have a bruise on it. Such things had disappeared long ago.

Of course ~~there should be some changes~~. ~~Back then~~ I ~~could~~ easily ~~laugh,~~ I had things that were important to me~~, and~~ I was happy. When did I begin to leave it behind~~, and when~~ did I lose it?”		“Birds don’t change. They kept their shape the entire time. Humans, on the other hand, have changed a lot. What about me? Is there anything in me that’s different from back then? Of course things changed. I laughed easily back then. I had things that were important to me. I was happy.
