Par souci pour un ami qui est possédé par un fantôme, la jeune étudiante Haruka Ozawa se rend au club de cinéma de son université. A l’intérieur, elle rencontre un jeune homme, Yakumo Saitou, qui prétend avoir des pouvoirs psychiques. Ensemble, ils vont enquêter sur les évènements bizarres qui se passent autour des amis d'Haruka, alors que cette dernière reste sceptique quant aux pouvoirs de Yakumo.

Seront ils capables de trouver qui à tué la personne qui possède les amis d'Haruka ? Avant que le coupable ne tue les amis de cette dernière qui sont allés à la maison hantée ainsi qu'Haruka elle-même ? Tout compte fait Haruka découvre que Yakumo est bien ce qu'il prétend être ! L’œil gauche de Yakumo voit ce que les autres ne voient pas : l'esprit des morts. Avec son pouvoir et en grande partie grâce aux déductions de Yakumo, ils résolvent ce cas déroutant et surnaturel.
