In a sense, she has summarized the state of affairs at the end of book 1: Banri is staring at Linda, wondering why she never mentioned they had been a couple before. Kouko is staring at Banri. Mitsuo is staring at Kouko, but hiding the fact. Chinami is staring at Mitsuo, but because she noticed him looking towards Kouko she is undecided as to whether she should say something. Mr. Two Dimensions completes the set, but he's in off his own little world (more on that in the spinoff story coming next). 			:In fact, those last two pages was one of the first things I translated from the book. We knew about Banri's Ghost from the very start, because of the Japanese Wikipedia article on the book. What we were not entirely sure about while translating the prologue was Banri's gender, of all things. This confusion was compounded by the fact that Banri's vice-capitan was Linda, and this really confused some Japanese friends on mine (women), who insisted that running clubs were always of a single gender. --[[User:Rpapo\|Rpapo]] 10:31, 28 January 2012 (CST)

A lot of my mistakes come from the evolving nature of the translation. If I spent more time reading what I wind up with, it would come out cleaner.
