If Gadio used his Cavalier Arts stuff to keep her alive it might be different, but it'd be a risk all the same. The eyes'd also be risky, since they can't guarantee they'd make another heart instead of more of some other organ(and although they have no way of knowing, in v2c5 Phil only had 2 hearts but a bunch of every other organ, possibly implying that heart duplication is rare). Overall the Dane route is the safest and most certain, I think, though I'm not a doctor so I have no idea of the transplant risks of Dane's heart vs Flum's.
