Charmed at First Sight LOVER inline note about entropy

I noticed that the long inline note about Entropy was moved back from the discussion page into the chapter text. Is there any particular reason why? I had originally moved it because it breaks the flow of the story, but Kinny apparently disagrees :)

Edit: I just noticed the commented translator's note! I'll take a closer look at it and revise my opinnion...

EditEdit: I've looked through the scans I have but I can't find anything that comes close to that paragraph. Can anyone give me a hint what page it's on? I've searched pages 115 through 119 and couldn't match anything up.
