What's going on?
Do to a spamming emergency, we are temporarily disabling user registration through the normal interface. We're getting about 500 new spam bot accounts every day, and BT administration decided this problem needs to be contained immediately.
Unlike last time, we currently have people actively working on making a new CAPTCHA to kill the spam. We also have all the tools necessary to make this work. We are scheduled to do maintenance on Friday, 4/3/2015 at approximately +8 GMT, and hopefully we'll be able to solve all the issues by then. Until then, please bear with the temporary registration for this ONE WEEK. Thank you.
Step 1: Reply to this thread and fill out this form:
Check the box: "Use a temporary random password and send it to the specified email address."
Fill in the other relevant information, and you're done.
Step 3: New member should check their email:
At this point, the new member should receive an email from Baka-Tsuki at the given email address. Make sure it didn't go to your spam filter. That email will give you instructions how to change your password to something that you want.
We're done!
