That is going way too far even for an NTR. Taking not 1 but all of the girls from Ise is just way too cruel and then to have them all ganged is even worse. It would make Ise kill himself no question about it if that happened. I mean Ise would be extremely depressed if that happened to just 1 but to all of them that would crush him to nothing which is definitely going way too far. It's actually making me a little sick just thinking about it. That is definitely gonna make it hard for me to read Boku H now knowing what the illustrator did.

you're half correct...it's mostly manga nowaday but a self-publish. There are also original doujinshi too.

I originally want to see Nobuna translate as I'm very interest in Sengoku period but the last few episodes make me reconsider. It was feel kind of rush and doesn't focus on historical event much....only the monkey and his loli...
Mismarca Koukoku Monogatari and Madan no Ou to Vandis are my next candidates despite not knowing anything about them at all. Some people here who have read them said it's good so it should be...

Second is because the illustrator of Dakara pissed me off. He made a NTR doujin of DxD. Cant believe there is no flaming at him. So it would be better to change the vote on Dakara for something else.

I don't think it'd be necessary to put in an alternative to Dakara since a work that failed to make the original list most likely wouldn't be popular enough to make the top 4 anyway.

Your translation enthusiasm changes depending on RL situation even if you have the time to do it. Especially since translating each volume can take between 30 to 50 hours or more. Thats like the weekly working hour of full time employee.

Just to give people another perspective on what it means to translate a novel in 30 to 50 hours, it would be equivalent to finishing a 180-300 page novel at a rate of 1 page every 10 minutes. If one were to pay a translator $10/hr, it would cost $300 - $500. On the other hand, if someone is skilled enough to spend 10 minutes or less on a page and still do a good job, their time is likely worth a lot more than $10/hr.

Any vote for an existing actively translated series at Baka-Tsuki could easily be misinterpreted as an ungrateful complaint about translation speed.

Well, for me, I'm surprise to see Blade Dance(the abbreviation is so ugly...) up there, since it's been rather quiet on the discussion(other than the Claire discussion -.-), I guess that's due to the novel being simple in nature.

But I agree in some sense, I can feel the misconception that the readers think that BT is obliged to translate novels, and not just that, to translate them fast -.-. Like in a sense that BT is a free-novel portal...

Also two days ago I had someone actually send me a email which goes "When is Hagure going to be translated? Can you hurry please?". So yeah. People do think that we HAVE to translate.

True. Im a lazy guy. I leave everything to the last minute so I always suffer with my exams and assignments. Even in translation, there are times(lately all the time) where I finish the translation month after I originally planned/stated.

Some guys even had the nerve to email me to ask me to scan the LN copies I have so they can use some translation software to read it.....
Also Im no trying to insult anyone, but is it normal for people to want to join the translation group by using a translation software rather than actual translation? I had 4 people who wanted to do translation for DxD, but by using a translation software and they dont know how to read Japanese or even Chinese.
