Project sugestion! Full Metal Panic: Burning One Man Force.

This project was closed once before due to the series being licensed and us having barely touched it. Now that the 3rd book is about to release, that is all the more reason that this project shouldn't be accepted. That being said, it's time to go underground. I can host the translations, I just need translators. This should make everyone happy.

Wait I have a really stupid question... Do novel series get liscensed as a batch, as in Novels 1 to whatever novels that will come out in the future or 1 at a time?

If it's one at a time, well, we all know that BOMF won't be out till probably at least 4 or 5 years.

Well, I kind of sound rude but yeah, wouldn't it be safe translating this? (Not that I have much right to say such a thing... Being the leecher I am)

Rayvn left this at such a cliffhanger and I was searching for around 8 hrs... lol you see how desperate I am.
I have just started learning japanese in order to buy the book and read it... but, it's not coming out too well
Also, the reason I started is that I believe that me learning Japanese will probably be faster than waiting for the company to release english version in addition to that being translated by people would be around 5x faster than everything else. Well it's just my opinion so yeah...

Is BOMF a volume or another series?
I am no FMP fan, and knows nuts about it... but i recall seeing some volumes here and there... so i am just wondering what the series is like, and how is it?

Is BOMF another series that is not licensed? or is it part of a licensed series and such?

Burning one man force, also known as BOMF is a novel in the Full Metal Panic novel series, and yes, the full metal panic series is licensed by Tokyopop.

As a FMP fan i can't praise this series enough, i mean it has everything, Guns, explosions, mechas, more guns, more explosions, war crazed teenage soldiers taking out more bad guys than Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone together in a action movie, there is also a good mixture of romance in between, oh did i mention guns (big guns and explsions? not to mention thought weapons

Really makes me wonder....a Country that can not have a military according to it's constitution, comes out with the best futuristic (military futuristic as well) sci-fi novels out there.....how do these writers do it? haha...

Probably. As for FMP though..

I see all these volumes in japanese, but as they aren't numbered, it's like walking through syrup trying to figure out which volume comes when..but tons of these are out all over used and new bookstores here.

as i said ealier, BOMF is a SINGLE NOVEL in the FMP novel series

The reason I use BOMF so often is because the fan translations stopped part way through BOMF and left it hanging. So to me and most people that can only speak English that is the most recent part of the story aside from spoilers from later novels.

hmm just read through the chapters of BOMF that you've send, might seem like a weird question, but the jump from chp 3b to 4 seems quite big, since we don't hear anything about the big fight between the M9 and the RK-92 that Souske is using. also the last chp (5) seems to end rather sudden, is this intended, or is it because some of the chapters are missing?
