How to vote?

Ehmmm... this is definitely a stupid question, but how do you exactly vote? (Click something or.....?!?)
Sorry before hand, I know it's annoying to answer questions like this.

If there is a poll, just click on a bubble, and then click submit vote. I don't think this should go in this section though.
