Calm down, reading your post is quite difficiult.
However, from what I've seen, as the original version was legally available on Internet, perhaps the project was done the same way. Thinking that it may be the new way LN translations are brought in a worldwide scale is pure speculation.
What people can do for now is enjoying the work... when it'll become available, of course.
