Forgive my lousy Chinese to English translation as I have serious trouble with translating names, but if anyone is interested, here is the prologue:
Spoiler! :
Prologue – Red Dawn
In the past, 「God」used its powers and sealed 「Magic(Maruodo)」.
(Tlnote: 魔 if you believe this to mean devil then change it.)
The people worshipped that mighty god, even though god had fallen into a deep sleep.
But till this day, the people continue guarding the ancient tomb that seals 「Magic」as their only mission.
The name of that god was lost over time.
But even if the holy name was passed down, the people won’t dare to speak of the name lightly.
As such the people refer to god as 「Redou Sotora」, meaning -- 「Lord of Atonement」. (Tlnote: 雷顿特拉 google says ‘Stella Layton’ but it seemed strange as a name of a god so I used the katakana)
And as such, the believers of Redou Sotora who follow the teachings are called 「Redou Sotora Church」.
One of the ancient tombs that sealed 「Magic」from the past was now called 「Seal of the Grave」, which was located in the outskirts of the Amatsudo kingdom’s holy city Ruoma.
The so called Dominas, are special magicians picked selectively. Aside from belonging to Redou, they must also take up the heavy responsibilities of sealing 「Magic」should it awaken in place of god.
(Tlnote:I'll stick with cat's translation of Dominas since Shaman sounds boring.)

A scene of red.
Everything everywhere was engulfed by the red color of flames and seemed to be burnt out.
No matter if it’s the bed that’s slept in everyday, the sofa that you’d like to jump up and down on or the tables from the school that you’d feel reluctant to go to but still go diligently—
In the short life of the boy, each and every memories that he made were all engulfed by the red flames and burned away.
The boy stared at his own mothed, his eyes reflecting the flames that surrounded him causing them to flash in a disturbing red light.
His mother was currently choking his neck to kill him, and the boy could not understand why his mother would do so as he stared at her helplessly.
Why did he have to be killed? The young boy could not understand.
The boy only felt that his body temperature was slowly being stolen.
In contrast to the surrounding flames that swallowed and burned everything, the boy was heading towards a cold death step by step.
It was at this moment that the boy’s sight fell on his crying mother.
Why was his mother crying? The boy could not understand.
Is it because she had no choice but to kill her own child that she is crying? Or was there some other reason?
But in any case, there shouldn’t be a reason in the world enough to make a parent kill their young child.
---As the boy thought of this, he suddenly felt it.
This wasn’t reality, but instead a dream.

Waking up with his entire body in cold sweat, Dimitar took a deep breath.
Looking out from the window, he could tell that there was still some time till sunrise as the sky was still filled by twinkling stars.
Unconsciously, Dimitar touched his own neck then brushed his grey hair upwards, before using a little strength to get off the bed.
Along with the scabbard, Dimitar picked up the broadsword leaning on the backrest of his bed, before heading to the garden behind the living quarters.
A breeze of the night air felt refreshing on his sweat soaked body.
After having that nightmare it was difficult to sleep again immediately. Training the body till it naturally felt tired to bring about sleep was a more constructive method.
In the end he trained with his sword till sunrise, but to Dimitar this wasn’t such a bad thing.
Because the mother that would nag him to sleep earlier, wasn’t by his side anymore.
