Well first we should find out general theme of book 9 is about. Wouldn't that make it easier to chose the title?

I believe that
-Large event occurs
-Takes place in early spring
-Haruhi does something crazier (note the er) that is unnecessary and effects the rest of the SOS Dan.

Most of these books have the same basic outline xD so yeah. Point 1 and 3 can be kinda counted out.

Actually, if the author follows what he did before, this should just be short stories that just add details to the stories..^^

But hopefully it is the main plot...Probably not tho...

There's already been numerous short stories on the winter, and summer season though. It seems unreasonable to add even more short stories onto the winter season  I expect that this book will introduce us into the spring season. By book 11, we'll be getting end of 1st school year probably and a massive event to go with it.

wow... if that's true, then it would be a 30 volume series!!

if thats true, would of been better it was a "proper" novel then light ones.

But at the same tie, having "light" novels, means you got more books to sell, more revenue per-series

dammn those pesky publishers! >_<

Book 8 covered March, and Japanese school years begin in April, correct?
