where everyone forgets Osaka's real name and just calls her Osaka(including the teacher)

There's an episode later in the series where her name is called and no one, not even Osaka herself, responds to it.

Nobody can remember who the Hell that is until, I think, Chiyo remembers.

Concerning the Kyon nickname, I remember from Fruits Basket that Kyo Sohma was often called "Kyon-Kyon" by his classmates, and he voiced that he didn't like that one bit. The English Dub version changes this to "Kyo-Kyo."

I would like to believe it's a play already on his real name and that it starts with a "Kyo-"

GEASS 13 is already out. But unfortunately there aren't any scenes as... ahem... intriguing as the last ep ;P
