Well, any translation of kocchi I find is generally one that represents certainty, therefore "I'm going to kill this guy" would probably fit the situation, after what was said to his friend. (No, I didn't translate, just assuming bad guys are bad. )

well i was talking about the fact that i probably ripped out a good sized chunk of my hair with that sentence... but idk its possible that i could be going bald without it; maybe next time yoake

edit: yeah this has an anime adaption by the same name, about 14 eps long with a bit of a chopped up story line, I enjoyed the anime but it wasn't really too great so i decided to translate the book after reading the teaser. plus its a great way to build on my japanese vocab and syntax knowledge.
