Seeing Teh Ping switched the status project to active, does it mean translations will start again ?

Oh my finally, I managed to get my account registered finally, it was such a darn pain! Anyways I really loved reading the light novels and it was just amazing work from the translators, though the latest edits so far have been in May of 2020, about a year ago from now, so is this project technically worked on currently but hasn't been uploaded yet?
P.S., I would love to help become a translator and all that but its gonna take a few years until I think Ill become fluent enough and be independent enough to help with the translations.
