translation continued or discontinued

well i just finished watching ZnT anime a month back now im curious about the novel and decided to look for translations and so i stumbled
upon baka-tsuki translating it. But upon reading the ZnT page

Vol 2: Chapter 5 - 10% Translated
Chapter 7 & 9 - No Translations

and also the site stated that they are loose translations.
i decided to get the 1-12 raws and maybe i'll try to do some translating myself (but im not confident in my skills) since i really rather leave it
to the "PROs" when it comes to things like this.
So im just checking, is Baka-Tsuki still pursuing this project cause we all know Seven Seas licensed the novel for publication.
Also i read in a certain forum that ZnT novel translations in baka-tsuki was dropped or rather neglected now.

so in short its in tortoise mode. Is there a list where i can view which people are translating certain chapters.I may try to assist in translating.
I dont want to accidentally bump unto them by unknowingly translating the same chapter as them.

oh and also where can i get the raw (is it exists) of Vol 13?

Yea, I've confronted him about this over MSN, he refuses to help. His great excuse? "I'm too lazy," he says.

I spent a long time arguing with him to help, he wouldn't even do a sentence.
