Why do you need it? It is just a Tabitha , Kirche side story not important to the storyline at all...
And it is not skipped... If you haven't noticed there is a translator registered under it. So if anything blame translator for not doing translator but you cannot say it was skipped.
Simply no one is going to do a work that someone else is translated, specially for such an unimportant chapter.
