Does anyone have any thoughts on Damien?

I'm asking, because I can't seem to find anyone talking about this character. Am I the only one who thinks that there's more to him than meets the eye? Come on, for one, during the opening song we see him and then there's what looks like a monster's eyes glowing yellow behind him. Could that be the demon the Elves refer to? Could this Damien guy be like a reincarnated version of Brimir? He's blond, kinda looks like him and has great power (he's the only one who was not rendered to sleep during ZnT F: Episode 7 by the elves magic...) Maybe he made his three siblings?? Cuz they look weird and have weird abilities, as if experimented upon. And for instance Brimir LIKED to experiment from what I've read. At least that's what he did to Sasha to make her his familiar. Besides, hehe, usually the most powerful enemy usually appears feeble... and is actually an unstoppable weapon of mass destruction. And Damien, is not far from that description, hehe.
